SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective October 29, 2026

The eTrust Solutions Insurance Inquiry SMS Program provides responses to insurance inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups related to your request.

Joining the program

By providing your phone number and submitting the inquiry widget after reviewing its consent disclosure, you authorize eTrust Solutions to contact you about your insurance inquiry and appointments by text message, including through automated messaging technology. You must be authorized to use the number you provide.

Text-message consent is not required to purchase a product or service. You can contact us by email instead at careers@etrustfinancialgroup.com. This program does not include unrelated promotional texts.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your inquiry, appointments, and requests. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider determines any charges under your plan.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. To rejoin, submit a new request through the inquiry widget and provide consent again.

Help and support

Reply HELP to a program message for assistance, or email eTrust Solutions at careers@etrustfinancialgroup.com. Please contact us if you change or give up your phone number so we can update your preferences.

Delivery

Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This messaging program is intended for routine inquiries and appointment communication, not emergency assistance.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle contact information and consent records. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use.

Updates

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the program. The effective date above identifies the current version. Any new messaging purpose that requires additional consent will require a new opt-in.
